I love, love giving homemade items as gifts so I've often tinkered around with being craftsy...I just haven't gotten far! Over the past year, though, I've thoroughly enjoyed making wreaths for birthday parties and for baby showers!
These are so much fun for me to make! The top one was a balloon wreath for my boy's first birthday party and the bottom was a tulle wreath for a baby shower. I've also made wreaths from bandanas (and other fabrics that can be used to match your theme), ribbons, and feather boas.

Lauren...you are crafty!! I love the use of the balloons for the top wreath and the bottom wreath is sooooo pretty!! ;)
