What's For Dinner?

One of my goals is to get back on track with meal planning and being intentional about saving money through it. We subscribe to E-Mealz and I do enjoy it because it gives me new recipes to try. One thing I'm not good at is eating everything. We're not great at leftovers. They usually sit in the refrigerator (picked at once or twice for lunch) until they go bad and get thrown out. SO...freezer meals it is! I'm going to get better at that!

Trunk-or-Treat
The church is providing chicken fingers and we're all bringing sides.

Monday, November 1, 2010:
I'll be in Tifton so poor Eddie is on his own! I'm sure I'll swing through Zaxby's or something when I'm finished with my party.

Tuesday, November 2, 2010:
Kung Pao Chicken with Jasmine Rice

Wednesday, November 3, 2010:
Baked French Toast
(Eddie is not thrilled - he isn't a fan of breakfast for dinner. I reminded him he's allowed to cook whenever he'd like.)

Thursday, November 4, 2010:
Bess' Taco Soup with Rice and Fritos
(Eddie has a dinner meeting so it'll just be me!)

Friday, November 5, 2010:
Out to eat!

Saturday, November 6, 2010:
Leftover Taco Soup - freeze the remainder

Hilarious and reasons why:
1. I did emealz and loved it but it left too much food that I felt we were wasting. So we dont do it anymore.
2. Dutch HATES breakfast supper, but I love it!
Sorry this is delayed. Catching up on my reading!
