James and I kicked off our 31 Days of Halloween with a little leaf hunting. We wandered all over the yard looking. Unfortunately, down here in the land of the pine we don't get to experience much of the leaf changing time. We collected green leaves (and there weren't many different types!) instead of pretty red and yellow. He didn't know the difference!
After collecting several we went inside and I showed him how to do leaf rubbings. He thought this was LOTS of fun!
What a fun afternoon! This was such a fun thing for his age. We definitely did this while Baby Will was napping. Fun project with my bigger boy!
