What's for Dinner?

I've been thinking I need to re-name this post series. "What's for Dinner" implies lunch in the south. I don't cook lunch...usually. I guess this is really "What's for Supper?"

We are joining the Weight Watchers bandwagon (again...) starting tomorrow. As of tomorrow I will have 104 days (including tomorrow and day-of) to fit into a bridesmaid's dress for Anna's wedding. That's right! They have finally found a location and set a date. And the date is earlier than originally planned so I'm going to have to speed things up a bit. Y'all hold me accountable, okay?

Friday, February 11, 2011:
Out to dinner? Eddie's aunt and uncle will be here.

Saturday, February 12, 2011:
Out again? Cook at home? More family here.

I'll keep you posted on our Weight Watchers recipes and the first week back for real. I went by myself to the grocery store today after church and I forgot how RIDICULOUSLY expensive it is to eat healthy. Especially in the winter when fruit is out of season. Any tips or tricks I should consider?

That's one of the most frustrating things about eating healthy in my opinion - the prices! Ugh.

Oh & I also agree about the dinner/supper part! Haha. For some reason when I'm typing up a blog or posting on twitter I say dinner, but when I actually ask the question out loud... it's "What's for supper?"

:)
