Pumpkin Muffins...

We've just pulled back into town from our last vacation of the summer. Ahhh. We had fun, but I am ready to bring on the fall!

Last week after James' first day of school, he and I made a fun treat for Daddy. Eddie and I love, love pumpkin anything and Eddie had requested that we "taste test" pumpkin muffins before fall officially started. So we did just that! James was THRILLED to help and they were delicious! (I won't tell you how many we made and how quickly they were eaten!)
