So I got my new "game" (ha!) in the mail yesterday and decided to try it out this morning. Y'all. It is not a joke. You enter your height, age, etc. and it weighs you in (if you have the Wii Fit Board) and then you design your plan. Do you want to lose a lot of weight? A little weight? Maintain your weight? Tone up? Then, you choose your goal. How much weight do you want to lose? What is your time frame? I'm trying to get off the 5 Christmas pounds I've gained (ugh!) plus about 15 pounds of pre-baby weight that I just need to be rid of. Then you choose your time frame. I picked a 4-week time frame and it decided that in 4 weeks I should lose 7 pounds. Then we'll reassess my goals, etc.
I did a warm-up, workout (on the beginner level!), and cool-down and I was tired afterwards and sweating! Woohoo! I'm so glad this wasn't a joke like another Wii Fit game I purchased last year!
I'm not paid by the NBC people for posting this (although, that might be very nice! ha!) but so far I highly recommend it if you were considering it!

Lord girl...I could have written this post! I have that game and it kicked my butt the first few times. I could barely move the next day! LOL
Lots of sweat=good workout. It looks like a fun way to get your exercise in. That is a good thing.
I have the game, it worked fine at first but now it will not sinc with my board??? Have you all had this problem?
i might have to try this out! love your blog:)
Shana, I haven't had this problem. I've only played a few times, though. However, I DID have that trouble with the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum and I HATED it. I don't play that one at all anymore. Read the directions on the board, though. Maybe you can re-sync it somehow! Good luck!
Oooh, sounds like fun!
