Recipe of the Week: Poppyseed Chicken

Nothing fancy-schmancy this week! I made Poppyseed Chicken for our supper last night. De-lish!


2-3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded

1 16 oz. container of sour cream

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

2 tablespoons of poppyseeds

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

1 stick of butter

Mix first four ingredients together and put into a casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt butter and pour over top of casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350*. Serve over rice.

I do this same meal alot. It's quick and easy. Everyone at my house likes it!
