Front Porch Sitting.

Over the past year, I've tried to make our front porch a little friendlier and welcoming. Slowly, but surely it's coming together. I need a few more things to cozy it up a little, but overall I'm pleased with how it looks.

If you know me, you know that I like to redress my door (and now porch) and my Happy Everything tray for every holiday or celebration. Halloween is definitely no exception and I have LOTS of Halloween decor. I usually stick with pumpkins and witches. I don't like anything gory or overtly scary.

Welcome to our home!

(You know how you don't see things until you look at pictures? HELLO. Move the extra doormat. Pressure wash your ceiling! I already knew about the pine straw. We need pine straw something serious!)

A few months ago we were looking for a bench for the front porch and Eddie's mama suggested we use the pew that she had stored in her shed. It came from her home church in South Carolina. She had it refinished for us and it's GORGEOUS in person. I've loved changing the pillows on it every month. Eddie rolls his eyes every time I get new pillow cases.

Thanks for stopping by! I'll give you the grand tour next time!
