You're going to be disappointed with me because I only finished one book this month. But the one that I finished was SO good! I worked on three others but I guess I'll save them for April. So, what I did read:
Black Heels to Tractor Wheels by Ree Drummond
I've followed the daily life of the Pioneer Woman for about three years now. Her blog is so interesting to me! She writes about cooking, homeschooling, and just {never boring} life on the ranch! When I saw that she was writing a book I was thrilled!
I could not put this book down! Black Heels to Tractor Wheels is funny and heart-felt and such a page turner! I actually finished on the way home from the beach with Mom and left it at her house so that she could read it. I really, really liked it a lot. It's centered around the year (?) or two in which she meets, marries, and moves in with her husband, Marlboro Man. We're literally led from their first meeting to their first date all the way through to their first baby. It's not a long period of time but they pack a lot into those few months/years when normalcy goes out the window and life takes over. I can't recommend this one enough!
I'm also still working on Candace Cameron Bure's Reshaping it All and Jim Miotke's book about beginner photography. In addition, I'm working on one for book club called Rules of Deception by Christoper Reicht. Hopefully, these three will be FINISHED in the month of April! I've been dragging out those first two!
