Tomato-Basil Salad

My tomatoes and basil are ready to eat!!! I had this salad for lunch and tomato-basil pizza for supper!


Ingredients:
* Tomato, diced
*Basil leaves (I used 3), chopped
* 2 tbsp. Ken's Lite Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
* 2 oz. cream cheese

Place all ingredients in bowl, mix, and enjoy! You can eat it just as it is, like I did today, or you can put it over pasta. I tried it over spinach fettuccine two weeks ago. Eddie thinks it looks disgusting, but it is FABULOUS!
