***And yes, I know that those editions of Jane Eyre and The Iliad, as well as one of the installments of the Twilight series are not antiques.***
I currently own:
*First edition Gone With the Wind
* Several John C. Winston Company children's books: Robinson Crusoe (1925), The Swiss Family Robinson (1929), Tales from Shakespeare (1924), The Story of a Bad Boy (1927), Hans Brinker or The Silver Skates (1925), Favorite Fairy Tales (1917), Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes (1917), The Three Musketeers (1931), Little Men (1928), and Heidi (1924).
*The two odd-men-out are The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (Harper and Brothers - 1923) and Treasure Island (Rand McNally & Company - 1916).
I have thoroughly enjoyed my antique books collection and I look forward to adding to it in the years to come!

I love to read and have a pretty massive collection of books...but my dream would be to have like you antique books and first editions. I would love to have an in home library with a big comfy chair where I could snuggle down and read anything I wanted! Nice collection.
Yay books!
I personally prefer nesting dolls and blankets. I know James loves blankets too! Being an English major means I also collected books too!
