A Glimpse of the Week

Above: Taken last Saturday morning. James was napping on our bed while Eddie and I picked up around the house. He's usually swaddled up (straight-jacket-style) so we don't see this often, but I love how babies like to sleep with their hands above their heads. So sweet to me!

Below: Eddie and I have the night-time routine down-pat. Around 8 or 8:30 every night (usually after Jeopardy - ha!) we give The Boy his bath and then read to him. Eddie is usually the reader while I'm doing the diaper, lotion, cleaning out his ears, pjs, etc. (I like to be the reader as well but I've been told that I'm too particular about how the other stuff goes...imagine that, huh?) On Thursday night, I flipped James on his tummy to put lotion on his back and he thoroughly enjoyed being able to watch his daddy and look at the pictures in the book. Too sweet!
