Our book club has been meeting since last July. I've been THRILLED with the turnout. Except for one time (November!), we've had great attendance. Some of the books last year we REALLY enjoyed and some were just so-so. We looked at a list of 30+ suggested books a few weeks ago and voted on our selections for the upcoming year. We wound up choosing 14 books for the upcoming months. I'm VERY happy with the selections, especially the new Harper Lee book, The Girl on the Train, Christy and the Mary Kay Andrews book. Book Club always pushes me out of my comfort zone for books. I would NEVER read half of these on my own.
