31 Days of Halloween: Day 15 - Candy Corn Pudding Pops

I've had my eye on this one since I spotted it back in September. I just hadn't had a good time to make it. It turned out to be NOT quite what I expected, but I'm going to share what worked and didn't work for me. Here's the original post! (I'm tweaking the original recipe a bit. Please note: This is what I SHOULD have done. You'll see in the pictures that mine look a little crazy and not at all layered. I adjusted the amount of white pudding versus milk...mine was WAY too thick to easily fall to the bottom of the mold.)

You'll need:
* A popsicle mold and popsicle sticks {don't make the same mistake I did...get a LARGE mold!}
* 2 Small boxes (1 oz) Instant Jello Pudding - White Chocolate
* Large Box (5.1 0z) Instant Jello Pudding - Vanilla
* Honey
* Red and Yellow food coloring
* 4 cups milk

1. Prepare White Chocolate pudding by mixing pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups cold milk. This is less milk than you'd need for regular pudding. Stir in 1 tsp of honey and put pudding mixture in a quart-sized Ziplock bag.

2. Prepare Vanilla pudding by mixing pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups cold milk. Stir in 1 tsp of honey and put divide pudding mixture between two bowls.

3. Color one bowl of Vanilla with yellow food coloring. Color one bowl of Vanilla orange by mixing red and yellow food coloring. Stir until completely mixed. Transfer yellow and orange puddings to two quart-sized Ziplock bags.

4. Cut the corner of each baggies and squeeze pudding into molds - white, orange, yellow. Tap molds on counter to bring air bubbles to the top (I did this between layers and it helped).

5. Freeze!
