A thrown-together list because I'm not even all that sure what day it is. Monday, right? ;)
1. We just returned from Myrtle Beach (really Garden City), South Carolina. We were there from Wednesday-Sunday. I froze the whole time. The high there today is 76*. We didn't see 70* until yesterday. Darn! A whole post with some pictures coming! The boys were FANTASTIC on the ride to and from. Six hours is a long time to be trapped in a carseat but they were troopers!
2. Finished my book club book today. Whew! Scandalous!
3. My house looks like a tornado has blown through it. That's the worst part about going out of town - the packing and unpacking and the mess that comes with both.
4. I've been busy today planning our NEXT vacation. Eeek!
5. Today we've seen glorious weather. The boys and I went on a short bike ride this morning. (Short because Mama's fanny was hurtin'. I need a new bike seat!) We took full advantage of being outside this morning. After the bike ride we played in the sandbox, slide, and on the swing, and blew bubbles.
6. I posted earlier about the Stella & Dot party I'm hosting that benefits Autism Awareness. I'd love for you to take a peek at what we have going on below!
7. I got a t-shirt in the mail today from one of my favorite girls (Hether at Ditsy Daisy Boutique) that has a monogrammed pocket. I'm about to admit something that is going to horrify the other Southern gals that read this. Aside from wedding gifts, I don't have ANYTHING with my married monogram. I am not kidding. This is the first thing I've bought myself. And we've almost been married FIVE years.
8. How is it possible we've been married almost FIVE years?
9. I started reading Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe' today. I think a trip to the Whistle Stop Cafe' is in order soon! (Random daily fact...Fried Green Tomatoes was one of John's {my brother's} favorite movies growing up. The boy is certainly eclectic in his tastes and that doesn't exclude movies!)
10. James had t-ball practice tonight and it got canceled. I asked him if he was frustrated about it and he pouted and said, "YES." Later he asked what frustrated meant. Ha! Poor kid! Eddie has assured him that they will practice in the backyard tonight before supper.

#7 If you EVER think you are horrifying southern girls, then please, dont tell anyone where I live. Yeesh. But those monogrammed PJ's sound cute. I have a big trip coming up that I may need a pair! Did you get pants to match!?
