Recipe of the Week: Crockpot Pork Chops


1.5 lbs. pork loin chops, trim all fat
10 ounce can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 package onion soup mix
1/2 cup fat free sour cream

1. Mix soups and sour cream together and spread over pork chops.
2. Place in crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
3. Enjoy!

This is so simple and easy! I had a few people ask for the recipe so I thought I would share. I steamed carrots and cooked green beans and rice to serve with it. I also made gravy but we could've used the extra sauce from the pork chops. (But Eddie told me last night that gravy is one of his favorite foods and he could eat it with a spoon all by itself...bleh! I was glad that I made it for him.)
