Atlanta Flood 2009

These pictures are absolutely amazing to me. All of this has been caused by rain. This is not from a hurricane. Just excessive rain.

We had pouring rain at our house last night for several hours, but nothing even remotely similar to what you see here. Our schools were open today and even though we were under a flood watch, in our yard at least, you can't see any damage at all. We did wake up with no water this morning and the rain and wind was so strong last night that it blew our double gates open (Eddie had them tied together with plastic zip ties until he puts latches on them).

Pray for the people who have lost homes, cars, etc. Just incredible!
