And I Thought I Didn't Have Anything To Say...

WHAT??? Two posts in ONE day? Ha! I'm tricky like that sometimes...

Okay, two HUGE things that I need to present to you. First, Mom called me this morning about my first post and said "Do people REALLY make money by blogging?" I cleared it up for her and I'm here to clear it up for you as well. In other news, several people asked yesterday on Facebook what "Google Reader" was after I announced that it is, indeed, my new favorite thing. If you have a Google account (I'm assuming that you have to have one...I have two actually) you're able to use Google Reader. According to Wikipedia "Google Reader is a Web-based aggregator, capable of reading Atom and RSS feeds online or offline. It was released by Google on October 7, 2005 through Google Labs. Reader graduated from beta status on September 17, 2007." All of that to say that instead of browsing the internet for all of my blogs to see who has updated, I'm able to see all the blogs that I read on one page. It's really pretty great. If you're not into lots of blogs (you should be!) but would rather catch up on the news, you can do that too!

I know that's a lot of mumbo-jumbo for you but I think it's really pretty cool. It's been around for a while so I'm a little behind the times and didn't discover it until yesterday. If you'd like a Google account you have to be "invited." I think the point of that is so that they're able to keep solicitors from using their email. If you want to be invited, let me know! I'll send you an invitation asap!
